A U.S. contracting party for teams that already have U.S. clients

Many U.S. companies prefer to sign with a U.S. vendor: a U.S. company name on the contract, U.S. invoices and a familiar payment process. If your team is in Ukraine, Poland or elsewhere, that can stand in the way of a project you have already won.

BLUEROCK AI GROUP LLC is an American company that can act as the U.S. contracting party for your project. Your team keeps the client relationship and delivers the work.

What BlueRock does

  • Signs the project agreement with your U.S. client under the agreed structure.
  • Completes the client's vendor onboarding as a U.S. company, including providing a W-9.
  • Issues invoices to the client and receives payment.
  • Pays your team under a separate agreement: SWIFT bank transfer, Wise or crypto.
  • Joins multi-company projects as the U.S. party when several vendors deliver one project.
  • Max Belov is your direct contact for the operational questions.

What BlueRock does not do

  • We don't find clients for you. This is for teams that already have them.
  • We don't deliver the work or manage your specialists.
  • We don't give legal or tax advice. For that, consult a licensed professional.

How it works

  1. You tell Max about the client, the scope and the timeline.
  2. We agree on the structure: who signs with whom, the invoicing schedule and payment timing.
  3. The agreements are signed before work starts.
  4. The client pays BlueRock, and BlueRock pays your team, minus 5%.

Who it suits

  • Freelancers and small teams of 3–5 people
  • Companies of 10–20 people
  • Several companies delivering one project together

IT services of any kind: software development, design, QA, DevOps, data, marketing. You need an active or signed U.S. client. There is no minimum project size: we look at projects from about $800 as well as $20,000 and more.

We work with teams from Ukraine, Poland and other EU countries, and with specialists living legally in the EU. We don't work with sanctioned persons or companies, or with businesses operating from Russia. Every engagement must be fully lawful.

Questions

Do I need my own U.S. company to work with U.S. clients?

Not always. Some clients are happy to contract a foreign vendor directly. When a client requires a U.S. vendor, a U.S. contracting party is one option. Your own LLC and payment platforms are others.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. BlueRock's role is operational and is defined in the agreement.

How much does it cost?

5% of the turnover on supported projects. No subscription and no setup fee. Bank transfer fees are covered by BlueRock out of its 5%.
